Hello wonderful being,Hello Reader, It feels good to finally be in this space where I can share with you wholeheartedly. For a while, and perhaps even still now as I write, wondering what it is I’m really doing as I embark on this new chapter . This new chapter Im carefully curating, that is so precious to me. How will I find the words to describe the magic I’ve unearthed. If you follow my socials you will find snippets, little videos of loved ones using their own way of describing their own experiences to help carve out this path. https://www.instagram.com/lijaanneverest?igsh=eGI1a29id212YWF2&utm_source=qr and to be super transparent, this work isn’t for me it’s for Mother Earth and all beings that resides her. Yes thats you too 🌱 I’ve had the privilege of Many many hours of stories. What an interesting theory I thought, I didn’t dismiss this theory. I have been studying with morning Altars for the last year and although grief isn’t the main topic of our learning it almost certainly weaves its way through most of our teaching. So I have become familiar with sitting in grief’s presence. I believe grief shows up every day in our lives. I believe if we made time for grief, our heads would maybe feel less full. If we look to nature ,she shows us especially through the seasons what grief looks likes. It’s there but have we ever taken the time to wonder to notice. What is grief? When you look up the word grief, it means heavy, weighty oppressive. Some of us think only of grief as loss, meaning death, but there are many forms of loss. loss of a job, loss of a relationship, loss of ourselves, loss of our youth. I think making time to grieve our losses could make a huge difference to how we then choose to live our lives. Free us! This doesn’t have to be a gigantic monumental workload. What if it took only a few minutes a day? What if your grieving ,and you didn’t even know it and still you made time. I know one of the perfect ways to grieve is to observe nature. Before our own eyes she shows us change ,resilience, beginnings, celebration's ,endings. It shows us that it’s in constant Flo. Here is a track Im very fond off , I think it’s a beautiful way of acknowledging grief that is all around us. https://open.spotify.com/track/3rJQI8oyrFwdZg2GHKDShu?si=zlyWe7zlQGOvVzuiYv2lmw&utm_source=copy-link What if when we engage with nature, instead of just admiring, we leaned in a bit closer?? What if we opened our hearts and allowed ourselves to have a deeper more meaningful relationship with her. I’d love to know what it is you do to deepen your relationship with nature? Have you got a special tree? Thank you Thank you for showing up here and being you. For showing up for yourself and nature. I look forward to hearing what you’ve been up and fr you to watch the magic ✨ Much love Lija 🌸 |
