Hello my loves , On the way home from a wellbeing fair which unfortunately had a poor turn out, I noticed this feeling sitting in my chest . I’d say it was sadness . So why do I have this feeling thats somethings off. But it’s not that. Nature! Perhaps even I hadn’t realised that until today . Hence this feeling. Im starting to realise theres much more to this that I can offer. That it’s like fermenting food, making wine or planting a seed , It takes time for it to grow, to alter your soul✨ So back to beavering away, working out how this can be done . Creating more opportunities . A course online? Offline? 1-1 training particular guidance around a certain subject (i.e grief, illness, self love) What make you reach out to nature? Would you like to learn ways to connect with the land? The list goes on… May be the land itself wants us to be and interact with her more ! I’d love to tell you a story about my tree maple that relates to this. Im not sure if Ive told you about Maple? Im pretty sure when I first wrote she was in my first newsletter. I’d often walk past her And be wowed by the size of her. There was something about her canopy that struck me with ore . Years later I started reading Glennie Kindred books. There is one called Earth wisdom that Im fond of. Any way , I was visiting my tree maple. I talk to her before I approach her, ask if it’s ok to sit with her then get comfortable often sitting in a little nook thats naturally formed at the base of her trunk, my back to hers. I sit…. I wait…… Time slows down , so much so I physically feel it in my body. I look up at her , the leave glistening like the seas breathing on a gentle day. I take some deep breaths , I check in with myself, noticing the subtle changes by just being here with her. Then I start to chat. Sometimes it’s telepathic, other times aloud. My heart just weeped for her. ( this often happen’s, she used to me crying ) theres an insta video about this if you’re intrigued. I want to help change this. I’d love for you to be a part of this too . Please go hug a tree after reading this, let them know you see them. |
